We’re back from the beach — and a ridiculously long drive because little kids require frequent potty breaks, because the dogs are picky potty-ers and have to find just the right spot, and because I hate highways so I don’t drive as fast as many folks do. But all three dogs did SO great I often forgot they were even in the car!
Because my brain is still on vacation, this will be short and sweet. I found this “101 Reasons to Exercise” infographic and loved it so I wanted to share it with you. If you need a little extra motivation to get moving, print this and stick it somewhere handy.

Remember, exercise doesn’t have to mean a traditional workout; you could ride a bicycle (like we did every day at the beach!), take your dog for a walk, have a dance party with your kids… anything to get moving. And don’t forget to have fun!
