Week-end: links & life {vol. 11}
“A woman is like a tea bag – you can’t tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.” -Eleanor Roosevelt
Ok, so that quote isn’t actually relevant to this post or this photo, but I wanted something about being strong — because after a full two months of PiYo (and no plans to stop) I’m definitely feeling stronger — and of course I always love a good quote about tea! I may still have bird arms but I am proud of myself for sticking with it even when I’m feeling extra wimpy. {Also, how do people take selfies without that scary phone hand? And I cleaned my mirror after this; hello, toothpaste splatters!}

Have I told you?
I’m working on becoming certified as a personal fitness trainer!
I don’t know if/when/how I might make this into an actual job while I still have littles in the house, but it’s an idea I’ve toyed since before I became a mom so I decided to finally just do it. At the very least, I’m setting an example for the kids that learning never stops, and I’ll keep my mind from getting lazy and stagnant. After all, this is my year of becoming stronger mind, body, and soul!
Enjoy your weekend!

Loved the video!!!! You always have such good links to read. It was sad to read the relationship study. Made me very thankful for my husband and what we share. I’m very blessed.
You look great btw! I think it is awesome that you are pursuing the study of being a fitness trainer!! You are very encouraging to me and I appreciate all that you post on that topic!
Have a good weekend! It’s sunny here in South Ga today! I’m going to get out in it!!
Wasn’t that video great? Did it make you want to get up and dance? 😉
